This is something I first made for a campsite in the Peak district. The protector is made in 2 halves and is 600mm diameter and stands almost 2 meters tall. All the imdividuel strips of steel are hand forged then riveted together for a  positive mechanical fastening. The finished assembly is galvanised for rust protection then acid eched to age the steel to help it blend into its natural surroundings but maintain is protective traites.
